We can assist with all arrangements of your Private Yacht Charter in various Caribbean Island locations, such as the beautiful British Virgin Islands or The stunning Grenadines. Maybe you prefer the Mediterranean – we have motor and sailing yachts suitable for every occasion.
The Private Charters we offer are high end quality yachts that deliver a wonderful service, delicious cuisine and feature delightful decor – just as you would find in your favourite luxury hotel or villa. Each yacht comes complete with your own personal crew. We match your requirements with the perfect crew, so you have the best sailing holiday.
Once we discuss your yacht holiday plans, after matching up the crew we will suggest the ideal yacht we believe most suit you.
For larger groups you may wish to arrange a catamaran for twelve, or maybe a motor yacht ideal for a romantic honeymoon, or a stunning sailing yacht for the family. We have access to a wide range of luxury crewed yachts, both sailing and motor. It is also possible to combine a week afloat with a week on land, or even charter a yacht to have at your beck and call throughout your villa holiday.
Each yacht has air conditioning, amazing chefs, en-suite cabins, wifi, water sports and plenty of deck space to suit the numbers of guests on board.
The crews are very experienced and skilled at working together, getting to know you enjoy so they can take great care of your every need whilst on board. Each yacht charter includes a captain and a chef, depending on the size of the yacht.
The more details you can share with us regarding your yachting holiday for example location, hw many people, any children ( their ages) activities you would like and also an idea of what you are aiming to spend. This information allows us to focus the search and we can then send a selection of yachts for you to consider.
Charter rates are generally given per week for the hire of the yacht. Depending on the yacht, time of year etc – shorter or longer stays may also be available. As a rule, each private charter will begin around 12 noon on the first day and finish around 12 noon on the last day.
High season rates apply to the most popular times of year to charter a yacht for example – summer months July/August and the peak holidays over Christmas/New Year. Higher rates may also apply around annual events. Yacht charter rates can vary depending on the starting country and also your chosen itinerary.
A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is payable by bank transfer on signature of the Charter Agreement. This confirms your booking. The remaining 50%, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance, together with any taxes, delivery/redelivery fees, fuel and any additionally agreed charges, is payable 6-8 week before you travel.
Before your travel date we will liaise with you regarding your preferences and special needs for the whole party. For example dietary or medical requirements, allergies, and any specific activities you would like to take part in or places you would like to visit.
This will enable us to update the crew and chef so that they can all they can to make your yacht charter a truly memorable experience.
